The Festival is held in the Russian Composers Country Village in one of the loveliest and most picturesque sites of Moscow suburb near the ancient Russian town Rooza. The Village is situated on the bank of the Moscow River in its upstream. The place still keeps intact of its ecological purity. Participants of the Festival will live in private cottages with a grand piano in each one. The cottages keep memory of the composers who used to work here: Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Khachaturian and many others who make glory of Russian culture.

Competition Regulations 

      The Competition is run in one round from 30-4 of may 2025. Each person may take part in several nominations of the Competition.   
     Performance of the competitors will be judged by an International Jury. The decision of the Jury is definitive and cannot be appealed.
Winners of the Competition will be given the rank of International Competition Winner or International Competition Diploma Holder and will be given valuable prizes and presents. 
      Participants of all the nominations may be awarded with Special Diplomas for best performing of Bach composer  if it is included in their competition programs (ad libitum).  
      Each competitor (ensemble) is given with acoustical rehearsal not less long than 5 minutes. Depending on his arrival time a competitor is given with rehearsal time in the day of his performance or in the previous day. 
      A drawing procedure is not used. Sequence of competitors’ performances is fixed according to their age starting with the youngest.   

Participation Conditions

      Each participant (competitor, teacher, accompanist or attendant) is to present a separate  application  by  e-mail  before  April 10  , 2025. The application form is to be sent on the site www.ruzakonkurs.ru. A speaker of the Scientific Conference is to include the head of his report in his application letter. Each participant must present a separate application. The applications are to be e-mailed in the Word format to the address of the Organizational Committee ruzakonkurs@yandex.ru  
      Each competitor and each accompanist are to attach their photos to their applications in the JPEG format (even if the accompanist himself is not going to participate in the Competition). Members of an ensemble are to attach their group photo to their applications.

      Entrance fee: Soloists – 5000 rub; Accompanists-Competitors – 5000 rub; Ensembles –  6000 rub per an ensemble(for the 6 person). 
      Residence fee,  three meals a day fee –2400 rub per a day.

The program may be played by heart or from music. Performance from music does not influence the grade.

2. An aria by a foreign composer,
